Sam Bhai information you gave about Pace Maker is good. In India medical is also very advance. Life of Battery is almost 10 years. There is no restriction about seat belt. Pace Maker person also use seat belt and they are living normal life. Seat belt is for life safety not a fashion. This Dr. Is really crooked. His medical licence should be suspended for rest of life. He took life of so many people.
