I bet the core reason being kind of crimes are committed by the chronic Smack and browsugar addicts .. I've been down that brain, I was lucky thag i pulled me or of drug abuse and now lead an not so Rick and not so poor life.bit I recoc the day I sent clean my whole life has been changed. Age should not be the parameter. If a 16 year old can plan and execute these murder it means he is grown enough to bear the consequence. Even in Nirbhaya case the juvinile boy who can rape and murder is he small and ignorant. He is a criminal mind and should be dealt with firmly tos et an example for other who think they can get away... Our laws are really weird and our justice just beyond understanding
