In Arushi murder case, the first police officer/constable who reported on crime scene probably allowed to tamper and wash/clean the room/bed etc, thereby helping family to remove the evidences from the crime scene. This police officer should probably be investigated and he can probably give pointers to truth. Probably he can main charter to solve the case. Ideally he should have been dismissed.
