From this video, the true owner of the unit keeps a copy of the tenacy contract between both parties just in case the police asks the owner to come to the police station for investigations. This is what all owners should do. Although she is implicated by the person renting the unit, at least she has the contract with her to prove that she is innocent. All owners who wish to rent out their property should learn from this video.
