In Anti-Violence against Women (and Children) , the Violence consists of physical, psychological or economic and specific acts penalized include Harassment, Lingering and Stalking the Woman as a way of causing pain arising from the marital or extra-marital relationship. Question 14 involves causing dishonor rather than harassment.
