I'm not sure if you two have heard of him, but Bushido Brown is based on real-life famous black martial artist Jim Kelly. Kelly won multiple martial arts championships and played in a bunch of 70s blaxploitation films. His most famous film was with Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon.

Ed and Rummy is hilarious. Huey kicking Riley ass funny too. I can see Huey being in another anime like Afro Samurai who Samuel L Jackson voice the main character Afro in the anime.
