I don't even think it needs saying that this guy is getting the death penalty: Because not including the people he undoubtably killed as a hitman but was never prosecuted for, we have 5 counts of kidnapping, 5 counts of murder, 3 counts of torture, 3 counts of possession and production torture videos, 1 count of attempted murder, assault of a federal officer, arson, stalking, one count of unlawful disposal of a corpse (his wife), breaking and entering, trespassing, as well as a complete and utter lack of any form of care for human life. Pass the needle, folks.

150 years in prison. 5 counts of murder, 4 counts of torture and kidnapping. 2 counts of just kidnapping

doing the sentence as a brazilian will be very intresting, 'cause here we don't have the death penalty and our max time in prison is 30 years, so, based on the cases so far, the majoroty of them get will get 30 years.

okay so my numbers may not be 100% correct, but they are the minimum count for each. 5 counts of kidnapping, 2 years each = 10 years 3 counts of torture, 4 years each = 12 years 1 count of attempted murder, 6 years each = 6 years 4 counts of murder, 10 years each = 40 years technically you could also get him on 5 counts of false imprisonment for 2 year each = 10 years for a grand total of at least 78 years in prison, no parole

He is a re-offender not sure if that makes it more years or not but it does in my book so I will add 10 years Physical and psychological torture ending in death x4 12 years each kidnap x6 5 years each hurting , attacking and resisting arrests by Simmons 7 years stalking his victims x6 5 years each the minor arson charge 5 years make that 130 years, you get the ideas a lifetime in prison with no parole. Simmons and his family warm my heart

kidnapping, murder, torture...yeah hes not getting out ever. lets say 3 years per kidnapping, there were what 3 guys? plus the two family members. so 15 years. then lets say 15 per torture cuz that was pretty brutal, so that's 45, then like 25 per murder, so 75. that's 135 years.
