Please provide any sort of citation that 1st Amendment restrictions require an actual law as opposed to a simple building policy.

People OWN public buildings, or any other 'public property', only in a philosophical sense that has no basis in law or reality. It is just something that is said to make people feel better about paying taxes. Random individual citizens do not have the legal custody, care and control of so-called "public property". For the purpose of these KZbin videos most public buildings are limited or non-public forums that do have the legal, constitutional right to restrict or entirely prohibit certain 1st Amendment activity. And the press, especially KZbinr fake press, does not have any special right of access. There are many businesses and airlines that have offices there. The only government owned part of the airport is the Air National Guard portion on the other side of the civilian airport. Good luck getting in there to pull an “audit” since it’s all restricted. Those two characters went into the private business portion of the airport. Besides, airports are nonpublic forums. With the International Society for Krishna Consciousness Inc. vs. Lee (1992) the U.S. Supreme Court determined that airports are a nonpublic forum because they exist for air travel, not for expressive activity. Tell GT about that SCOTUS decision.

I am truly staggered at some of the comments here. Airports are not public areas that you can waltz into and point your camera wherever you like, and the staff have exactly the same rights as they do when there not working. Airports such as this are nonpublic forums because they are designed to be visited by people who wish to fly, and that's it. Supreme court has already ruled on this more than once, but if you want to believe the word of an obese You Tube content creator, filming for monetary gain fill your boots, but your wrong. His level of zero threatened lawsuits ever being filed, let alone getting some go away money should tell you he knows it to.

@@michaelquaid4679 Stop believing You Tube lawyers that will not take the arrest, because it would be a slam dunk lawsuit if they are so certain they are right, and leave when told to. Learn the actual law. Lots of public buildings are non public forums and have restricted access such as Schools and Airports and Courthouses for security reasons. It is not difficult to understand and is not treading on anyone's rights.

The reception area was in an office OWNED & OPERATED by a PRIVATE company. Private companies aren't the public nor are they the government. A private company can bar you from their property. Any arguments about accessing government run facilities as a member of the public is null & void, in discussion of a private office space.
