I'm making a training video for technicians who use this exact series of crimper. There is one key fact left out at about 2:07; the tool should be closed one "click" before the wire is inserted. There is a "gate" behind the crimp tabs that closes after the first click, preventing over insertion of the wire. This makes crimping much faster when you are doing many crimp ends. Otherwise, good job!

@@mcdonnellsinc I was using the Mini Fit Jr tool, PN 63819. Its construction was similar to the other Molex tools, as was the operation. The video was for internal use only, and I no longer work for that company.....I was fired when I gave them 2 weeks notice.

Good video, I have the tool, and various sizes, and haven't never used. I'm an engineer, mechanical, electrical. We wanted to use molex style on some of our machines. ANYHOW, GOOD job thanks for the education. I'm CROSS EYED NOW, from going blurry and back, BUT... I shall survive!

Molex, обжимка терминалов-конекторов Molex. Класная штука, работал такой. Вот только обзорщик не до конца разобрался с инструкцией. Обжимку нужно поджать до первого щелчка и тогда провод упрется в упор, который позволяет обжимать провода одинаково а терминале-конекторе, а не на глаз как на видео. На глаз можно и по самое "не хочу" загнать, обжав при этом одну изоляцию.

Please make a new video with out background noise and focus zoom in on the placement of the connector and the placement of the wire maybe even do a slow motion too because there is much debate on the placement of the wire at work does it go on top in the notch or in the connector? This video does not help my argument!
