Goldie- Fighting/Ghost type (because ghosts can just disappear and are hard to pin down, ala snipers) Abilities- Sniper, hidden ability Hospitality. Jurard- Dragon type. Abilities- Scrappy, Hidden ability Defiant. Octavio- Psychic/Fairy type. Abilities- Own Tempo Hidden ability Poison Puppeteer . Shinri- Normal/Water type. Abilities- Inner Focus or Cute Charm, Hidden ability is Pure Power. Flayon- Electric/Steel type. Abilities- Rivalry, Hidden ability is Motor Drive. Bettel- Dark/Poison type. Abilities- Skill Link or Technician, Hidden ability Defeatist. Hakka- Psychic or Ghost/Flying type. Abilities- Punk Rock Hidden ability Purifying Salt. Axel- Fire/Fighting type. Ruze strikes me as more of a Rock type than a Steel type, and I agree Ground isn't a great fit either. Rock type is more rough and tumble, power from a primal kind of brute strength; whereas Steel type is usually associated with technology, inflexibility, like a refined knight armor. When comparing Kleavor to Scizor, I say Ruze is more of a Kleavor. More Brock than Jasmine. It's true there's nothing literally rocky in Ruze's aesthetic, but I get rocky vibes from his energy/voice/style that might translate to something more literal in Pokemon form--like the Ruzaders' chitin, habitat, and gem diet. So overall, I'd say he's a Dark & Rock type with Sharpness ability, on account of Zephyr and his wit. Thanks for the stream!
