@@sammyrockywelly He isn't wrong though, Dmitri was an audio engineer/technician which is why his audio quality is immaculate and he understands how to create flawless ASMR. He focuses on each individual sound and really explores the objects and methods he uses. Much like RaffyTaphy. So I agree with OP in saying that not everybody does understand ASMR and it's values and meaning. Anybody can indeed pick up a mic and camera and record and ASMR video, but they may not truly understand what the ASMR feeling represents.

I have watched you for like 10 years, and I have many favourite videos - but I think this one might be my all time favourite. I love the way you talk to us so gently and kindly. I find your whispering very relaxing, and your breathing very calming. You really have a gift of understanding sounds. I have a lot of PTSD and I love listening to ASMR throughout the day, it makes things easier. I don’t usually listen to it to fall asleep, it’s more of a thing I listen to when I’m soothing my anxiety (usually in a public place) and it really helps. Trying to quit my h*roin addiction and I have to find an outlet for all my anxiety since I no longer have that comfort in my life. ASMR has been a great relief for me, so thank you again!
