I couldn't help to smile as I watched the video. Also, I couldn't help but to thinki about my own ldr (she's filipina too) and to think how much I have come to really like her these past several months. What kills me is that life happens amd we haven't been able to meet yet but I've already scheduled it for the end of january/start of february. I can't wait. :) This makes it seem likes ldr is super easy but it really isn't. I mean, there will eventually be some kind of disagreement of some sort. That's life. But you have to be able to surpass that if you want for your relationship to survive. What is the worst for me is sometimes not knowing about how is she doing there. She sometimes goes to more remote places or work stuff and it can be hard when it's a long time. I won't lie, it's hard and many face at least once the "is this really worth it?" question. I know I have. But in the end, should you choose to always keep going it'll certainly be worth it at the end. P.S: if you'd ask me if I recomend ldr? No. I don't. It's hard. But if you happen to find your way into it for some reason (like I did) and you think it's really worth it then go ahead. Grab it and never let go, no matter how tempting it may seem. Because sometimes the seemingly easiest way is to just give up. But if you are brave enough to hang on you'll collect your rewards later, believe me.
