Cris if you are willing, can you try special specs, choice specs, slick spoon icy wind glaceon. I tried it and the damage is criminal. Stacking on glaceon can be rough but it would be cool to see you try it. I feel like this is the most consistent damage option for icy wind.

Edit 2: actually not an idiot, brains just chaos. Choice specs dont activate off of icy wind because it counts as a special type of auto attack

@@someone999555it procs from freeze dry because it is a special attack skillshot. Either way I think you can swap it for scope lens.

Nope. Icy Wind crits. Glaceon can do +1k of crit with Scope Lens.

@@RishikeshVIII-D It's less about consistency and more just because Glaceon's attack stat is so low that the damage ends up being inferior to full special attack builds. Also, the cooldown reduction of Shell/Amp tends to be valued more for Icy Wind uptime as well

Icy wind does need a blue buff for competitive play. Not just took a blue buff consistently, Cris also stole it from enemy's side numerous times 😅. Not everyone can get lv. 14 at 3 minute mark like he did, well, he's just that good.

Yes, both glaceons icy wind and icicle spear have always been able to crit. Most people don't run it however, because Icy wind is very reliant on cooldowns (and you don't gain a lot of damage by just going Scope Lense), so the regular build is usually more consistent and therefore better. However, this build does bigger numbers. Especially when rng blesses you with a lot of crits.
