Nah, we've seen how powerful Ray has been in the past. If it's too strong, it overcentralises the last 2 minutes of the game. Why bother doing well early if you can just win one teamfight and win late?

@@NotYourDay123rayquaza is too much of a flip. It is unfair when you do well but last two minutes the enemy steals rayquaza. So rayquaza hp pool needs a buff and the shield granted needs a nerf.

Yeah, the cooldown for both dragon type moves are decreased and damage is increased for ground type moves. Tenacity is increased as well. Though I wished the level 11 upgrade for Dragon Rush where you become unstoppable during the move, because unlike dig, where you become invincible underground, it's just so easy to get stunned and restrained.

Most underrated part of this buff is that if you Dragon Combo into Unite, by the end of your unite you'll always have Dragon Combo back off cooldown so you can immediately dragon combo for unstoppable after your Unite is over.

In my opinion they should have have gables sand attack do dmg to help with lane fase and early game in general. Also, have it evolved atles on lv 8.

that is not luck. basic attacks of garchomp stacks upto 5 and then the 5th attack becomes boosted and strikes critically. "At 5 stacks, all of Garchomp's auto attacks become boosted; dealing more damage, attacking faster, gaining 20% lifesteal, and dealing 10% of enemy remaining HP as damage." "Only auto attacks and additional damage from boosteds can critically strike. "
