Last hitting wild Pokemon, KOing enemies, and strangely, getting KOed yourself also charges Unite. The messed up thing is you get more Unite charge from getting KOed than you do from KOing others.

Many people don't know that delphox is aware if it's mystical fire hits you or not.

That's only partly true. Before lvl 11, the CD reduction on hitting enemies is not there. You can only tell if you've hit an enemy if the Mystical Fire doesn't travel its full distance (i.e. gets interrupted by a wild Pokemon or enemy). If an enemy is located at the end of Mystical Fire's range, you won't get to know if they got hit if they are hiding in a bush. At lvl 11, ofcourse you can tell by the CD reduction regardless of the location of the enemy.

Energy emp and black emblems will reduce unit move's cool down . He scored around 4 times and kill around 3 mons. Energy emp with black emblems can help you unit 7-9 times a game, i have done it with talon flame
