The Extra Slowbro Just makes the Team very Rigid, IT Sounds great on Paper having both Lapras and Slowbro but Lapras Can't be the allrounder of the team in front of Very mobile Allrounders like lucario and Urshifu. I observed that in competitive its better that Lapras is played like an Exp. Share Defender, because both stacking is very difficult for him and he can't convert KO due to hus low mobility. But that was pre nerf lapras so that made most sense at that time.
