Күн бұрынUnless otherwise noted, I use the following recipes at 5% superfat. Cold Process has a 10% water discount and hot process has full water and sodium lactate.
Cold Process Recipe: Hot Process Recipe:
33 % coconut 33% coconut
33% palm 26.7% Lard
8% rice bran 6.3% Palm
8% apricot kernel 8% Rice Bran
15% olive 8% Apricot Kernel
3% castor 15% Olive
3% Castor

I gave a little chuckle when you cut the second loaf and said "I can't tell if anything happened." I love that you are being yourself and not conforming to perfection. Like you said, at the end of the day, it is still soap ❤. I enjoy watching your videos.

Thank you, and I'm glad you enjoy my videos. I do the best I can, but I'm far from perfect and there's no need to hide that face. When things go wrong, if I can get it into the mold and everything saponofies as it should, I'm still happy since it is just soap.

Well I love the way they turned out! I wasn't too sure about the color combo but it was beautiful in the soap. Good job!

Thank you so much! This definitely is NOT what I planned, but it's soap and the scent is very strong so I'm happy.

Oh that feeling I know too well. Good intentions for a cool technique and then the batter keeps you humble. Fortunately your soap still came out beautifully. How could it not with those colors? 😊

Thank you. That's always my thought: as long as I can get it into the mold, I'll have soap to donate. It also smells amazing!
