Just a little note: if you are working with Fahrenheit it will respectively be 250F and 430F. In Celsius my air fryer only allowed lower number of 120C and higher at 200C respectively. Air fryers are different so adapt accordingly.
Prep time: 10 mins (if marinating extra time is 30 mins)
Cooking time: 35 mins
Total time: 45 mins (approx)
Ingredients
1.2kg chicken wings
Olive oil
Slap Ya Mama (I used 1 level teaspoon)
Angel’s Wings Seasoning (I used 2 teaspoons)
All purpose seasoning (I used 1 teaspoon)
Sazon
Onion and garlic granules (I used 1 teaspoon each)
Paprika (I used ½ teaspoon)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Buffalo Sauce
Distilled white vinegar (about 1 tablespoon)
Worcestershire sauce (a good dash - maybe a tablespoon)
Jamaican scotch bonnet hot sauce (4 to 5 tablespoons)
Frank’s RedHot sauce (1 small bottle)
Unsalted butter (1/2 of a block of butter)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Garlic granules (to taste)
Honey (to taste)
Lemon pepper (added off camera as an extra)

Additional Note: I added extra honey and some lemon pepper off camera to balance the sharpness of the vinegar and to add some balance to the spiciness. Also, I used baking powder on the wings but you could use cornstarch.
Please remember if you are letting the wings marinate you will need to let it reach room temperature before your put them in the air fryer.
