Ingredients:
For the wings:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cornstarch
For the sauce:
1 tbsp low sodium lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp honey
2 -3 garlic cloves crushed
6 tbsp unsalted butter (85 grams)
1/2 tbsp fresh lemon zest
Juice from 1 lemon
Dash of franks
Lemon pepper seasoning (if you don’t have it in your country):
1/2 tbsp dried lemon zest
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

Hello Lola Jay, Those wings look absolutely divine! I've recently been given an air fryer for my Birthday & I'm always on the look out for new recipes & yours is just right up my street! 😋 As we don't buy our butter in sticks in France could you tell me how much butter you used (in grams or ounces). I don't know what Lemon Pepper Seasoning is, would you be some kind as to list me the ingredients on the bottle? I have some Loomi powder (middle eastern black lemon powder) Do you think I could you use some of those with some cracked black pepper? I really enjoyed your video, clear explanation, lovely soft voice & step by step preparation. You definitely deserve more followers! Awww thank you so much for all your kind words! I hope you enjoy the recipe :) it’s 6 tbsp of butter or 85 grams. My Lemon pepper seasoning says dried lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. I just put the recipe in the description box. Hope that helps :)
