Ingredients and Method:
Step: 1 (Chicken Stuffing Preparation)
Oil : 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped : 1 tsp
Onion chopped : 1 medium size
Carrot : 1/2 cup
Capsicum : 1/2 cup
Boiled shredded chicken : 1/2 cup
Cabbage : 1/2 cup
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
Chili sauce : 1 tsp
Soya sauce : 1 tsp
All purpose flour : 1 tbsp
Milk : 200 ml
Step: 2 (Flour Slurry Preparation)
All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
Pour water and make a paste
Step: 3 (Assembling)
Samosa sheet
Flour slurry
Chicken stuffing
Keep in a freezer and store it for 3 to 4 weeks using air tight jar
Step: 4 (Frying)
Heat up oil on medium flame
Fry it until color changes to golden brown
