Qki jb ap bread k slice ko fry krrhe the Tab gass ka flame apne low rkha tha jis wjhse bread pura oil soak krliya...apko gass ki flame ko high rkhte hue fry Krna h...

Because breads has many small holes in it,,, Because of that it absorb a lot of oil while frying..... Because of this, I avoid bread while frying,,, u can either air fry it or bake it or u can use a roll sheet ,pr just shallow fry 😉
