Today I am sharing with you a very tasty recipe of Potato sandwiches with little amount of chicken. These Crispy sandwich have a creamy texture inside which differentiate them from regular sandwich,so do try and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes 4 medium
Boiled eggs 4 (grated)
Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
Fresh coriander handful
Onion small 1 chopped
Cabbage chopped 1 cup
Green chillies 2 tbsp
Capcicum 1 small chopped
Salt too taste
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise half cup
For coating :
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt half tsp
Black pepper half tsp
Chill Flakes half tsp
Egg 1
Water to make a mixture
Bread for Sandwiches
Bread Crumbs for coating
Oil for frying
