Today I made something light and delicious! Green Papaya with Fried Striper Bass Salad. This is a sweet and tangy salad made with fresh caught fish from our Saturday April 6th outting. I had to do something easy and refreshing and thought why not show you all how to make a 10 minute recipe? Recipe Ingredients: 2-3 Cups of shredded green papaya 1/2 Green Bell pepper 1/2 Red Bell pepper 1/2 bunch of green onions 1/2 bunch of cilantro 1 lime 5-10 Cherry tomatoes 1-2 medium shallots 2 Garlic cloves 2-3 Tbsp Fish Sauce 1-2 Tbsp sugar
