Salt and pepper 7-8 chicken drumsticks, add paprika and grate the chicken well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Mixture: 1 cup of white yogurt, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of lemon, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of mustard. A pinch of salt.
Dip the chicken thighs in the yogurt mixture, then in the breadcrumbs and place the pieces of butter on top.
Bake at 200°C (392F) for 40 minutes.
