INGREDIENTS
1.5k pork belly
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp liquid seasoning
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1tbsp vinegar
3-4 pcs dried bay leaves
3 tbsp Salt(for boiling)
1tsp (mix mayo)
3 pcs chopped onions
Ground black pepper
whole black pepper
Green chilli pepper
Red chilli pepper
4 cups water
