it looks delicious. Feedback : Avoid adding the egg yolk to the marination, just add the egg white and you'll get even more crispier chicken nuggets/pieces (Chef Ranveer Brar said this in one of his videos). And also allow the chicken in to the marination for atleast 10 - 15 mins. (I assume you did left the chicken in the marination)
