Behan , Bless you. Behan, here in Lahore, I've found that locals incorporated NIDO milk powder and/or Condensed Milk into the Maida (flour). We, the Baloch people, use Sheeps milk. Both ways make excellent Parathas. But ours (Baloch style) are sdquare in shape instead of circular. Either ways, Paratha is always a blessing of Lord. Behan, I really enjoy your recipes. Keep the great work rolling. Bless you and GodSpeed. BTW, Behan, Toonda Kebob is Irani dish, I think, Please do make a video on it soon.
