នៅពេលលាយចូលគ្នា សូមលាយបន្តិចម្តងៗ និង ភ្លក់រហូតបានរសជាតិដែលចូលចិត្ត។
នៅក្នុងវីដេអូ ខ្ញុំលាយជាមួយនំបញ្ចុកតែបនិ្តចទេ ប៉ុន្តែ លេាកអ្នកអាចលាយចូលគ្នាទាំងអស់តែម្តងក៏បាន។
មុខម្ហូបនេះគឺលាយភ្លាម ញុំាភ្លាម បើទុកយូរនំបញ្ចុកនឹងទន់មិនសូវឆ្ងាញ់ដូចលាយភ្លាមទេ។
In the video, we've mixed a little amount of crispy noodles one batch at a time. Actually, this can be mixed all the prepared ingredients together at once.
The dish is best to consume right away, otherwise, it's gonna be soggy.
INGREDIENTS:
FOR PORK CURRY
Pork Belly 230g
Fried Tofu 70g
Water 375ml (1 1/2 cups)
Chili paste 150g
Coconut cream 5 tablespoons
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Dried Shrimp 15g
Garlic 6 cloves (18g)
Shallot 3 cloves (18g)
Soy Bean Paste 1 tablespoon
Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon
Chicken Powder 1/2 tablespoon
Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
FOR MIXING
Dried Rice Vermicelli 200g or more
Red curry sauce a big bowl
Egg 3-5 eggs ( with 1 tablespoon of olive oil)
Pickled Scallion Heads 100g
Bean Sprouts 500g
Chives 500g
For mixing, please adjust to your taste.

សណ្តែកបណ្តុះ ៥០០ ក្រាម
ស្លឹកគូឆាយ ៥០០ ក្រាម
