INGREDIENTS (for this recipe)
2 kgs. Pork Belly
Pechay or Chinese Cabbage (Big Pak Choy)
String Beans
2 pcs Talong or Eggplants
500-800 gms Peanut Butter
3 litres of Water
Salt
Shrimp Paste or Bagoong
1 set of Garlic (chopped)
1 big bulb of Onion (chopped)
10 gms Anato Powder or Achuete
