3 BOILED POTATOES
MASH THE POTATOES
½ CUP RICE FLOUR
3 TBSP CORN FLOUR
3 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
½ TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
¼ TSP CHILLI FLAKES
SALT AS PER TASTE
½ CUP MOZZARELLA CHEESE
MIX WELL & MAKE DOUGH
TAKE SOME DOUGH & ROLL
FRY IN HOT OIL

Yes I had some left over boiled potatoes from my lunch break my Mom told me what to do with this left boiled potatoes I told her keep it in fridge I'll think about it later in the evening while within the gap of 4 hrs I came to this video and got the idea to do this fingers without informing my mom what will I do with this boiled potatoes and within 30 mins I presented this fingers to my parents with a cup of tea in the evening today and they were literally shocked what did I made for them. They tasted this fringers and they were like This is yummy and so much crispy . From which restraunt did you get this fingers ? I told Did you both saw me to go out this evening ? They were like no then , that means you either swiggy or zomato this fingers right . I told them No . Then my Mom was a bit surprised. Then form where did you get these fingers? I told these fingers are made in home by me from those left over boiled potatoes of lunch . And she was literally shocked 😮 and she was like these are tasty 😋 and so delicious seems like made in some restraunt. No these are made in home.. And my father said OK so make these fingers on every Sundays I love it very much.. Thank you for sharing this recipe ❤ Love from kolkata
