@@CookingwithGloria question- my grandmother use to make this soup...we dont know what it was called but she would use pork or steak, tomatoe paste, chunks of potatoes, carrots, corn cobs cut into smaller sections and a few other things..any idea what it may be called? Or do you have any recipes similar?

Oil doesn't reach filling while frying..?

madhur arora if your oil is nice and hot, very little will reach the potato filling. Enjoy 😉
