CRISPY Tofu Tacos & Mango Salsa

Hi, Welcome to my first KZbin video! Today we are making Crispy tofu tacos with a mango salsa and smashed avocado...⠀

For the tofu:⠀
⠀
press it for at least 30 minutes⠀
Season the cornflour with smoked paprika, garlic salt, chilli powder and pepper.⠀
Fry them until crispy on a medium-high heat (around 4-6 mins)⠀

For the salsa I used (this made around 5 portions - Didn’t use it all in the video) ⠀

2/3 mango⠀
1/2 a red onion⠀
Zest of a lime⠀
6 diced cherry tomatoes⠀
2 chillis⠀
Chilli flakes ⠀
Juice of 1/2 a lime⠀
1 medium garlic clove ⠀
Salt & Pepper⠀
Splash of balsamic vinegar⠀
Bunch of coriander ⠀
⠀
For the smashed avocado I used (to taste):⠀
⠀
1 whole avocado⠀
Salt & pepper⠀
Pinch of brown sugar⠀
Squeeze of lime juice⠀
Splash of olive oil ⠀
