Definitely, I think the the pandemic did that to everyone, where you just sort of got used to hanging out at home being a little isolated, and for those of us who gravitate to that anyway, it just magnified that.

@vickireinhart4594 100%. It magnified the anxiety I already had. I was also living in NYC when it hit, which was super scary. I would go for a week or more without leaving my apartment, and was alone for 3 months.....it was awful.

What i think is you should take the white pumpkins off ur tree and replace with black bats and it would make you like it more along with the couple skellys I said in other comment. I still have my winter decor out (Christmas is put away) and I add little touches of Valentines Day throughout the house. We also have an all yeararound holiday tree that I redecorate for every holiday, so that's redecorated for Valentine's Day. Outdoors: I change out my pillows on the chairs on the porch and put out my Valentine's Day Mickey and Minnie inflatables. We also have permanent outdoor holiday lights so they are reprogrammed for Valentine's Day. We got hard for Fall, Halloween, Christmas so this time of year it's just little changes to the decor.

Love Chucky, I don't know if you noticed but all the colors that are on Chucky are also in your heart Garland, so they are a total match! V'Day has never been my favorite festive day, either. I can relate. However, after being with my fiancee, he changed my view of this overly commercialized day. Honestly it sounds like you have a little bit of burn out, which is completely understandable. I found myself with my head spinning from the stuff around the world happening, particularly for everyone In the USA. I had to remind myself I don't live in that country 😂and there's limited ways to help, although I'm aware of what's happening and have been able to donate to WCK etc. Any way your tree is looking fabby, I wouldn't be mad if I saw that in a store front for Valloween or in someones house. You could always print off cheesy Valloween cards and hang them as tiny ornaments if you have the spoons to do so. We do wreaths inside too, if we do put some outside we try and do it as close to the occasion as possible, you just never know what the weather will bring, especially in the West of Scotland!
