Voddie Baucham is definitely up there. But Paul… probably got a tiny bit of the edge on him. However, Voddie tackles more of being able to trust in the Bible. Paul is just bringing deeper understanding to the gospel.

Amen to what he said here "One of the things in philosophy is that a rational being will always be driven by the highest motives." Are we been driven by the right motives? Another thing Paul Washer said "Any other motivation other than Christ if set first is nothing more then Idolatry". Our Motivation Should Be Christ! Thank you Paul for being this word faithfully!

I believe Paul's opening line "when I look at this room, becomes clear the absolute impotence of men" he is also identifying himself in that statement. Throughout Paul's preaching he strives to glorifies Christ Jesus and not the flesh. Paul's fruit reflects a humble nature before our great God. He deeply loves the Lord. We should also pray for him also!

Thank God for using you to divinely expose the truth oof the gospel to our depraved and dying world. God bless you Evang. Paul Washer.

Powerful message! Poignant. A very needed call into communion with Christ. As true, Spirit-born believers we canNOT rest content in anything less than entering into communion with Jesus! We desperately need men (and women) in this day who know Christ as so many great saints have in the past. Read the writings and accounts of Spurgeon, M'Cheyne, Rutherford, Edwards, "The Teacher's Daughter", "The Dairyman's Daughter", and countless others--where are such Christians today?? They are few and far between, yet every single one of us who are born of above have the opportunity. Jesus calls us into communion with Himself. Will we???

Communion, fellowship with God, few Christians know anything at all about truly knowing God in this day. Few Christians ever prayer down their prayer list or intercede for who and what feels right in their heart, never mind fellowship with God, which is why Christianity in America, in this day, is in the sad state it's in, they don't know God. They know of God, and have an opinion that the God of the bible really is real, and that Jesus Christ really did walk the Earth, but personally knowing him, knowing his presence, knowing his fellowship, there are few, even amongst the best of Christians in American there are few. John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. The bible makes it pretty clear that to know somebody is a little more intimate than knowing about somebody.

Have you heard the good news of Jesus Christ? The good news is Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures. 1 Corinthians (15 :1-4) For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Ephesians (2 : 8-9)
