Cristiano Ronaldo: Saudi League better than Ligue 1 and I'm still outscoring Haaland

Cristiano Ronaldo has said that the Saudi Pro League is a better standard of football than France's Ligue 1 and that he is still one of the world's best forwards.
Ronaldo was speaking at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai. "To be honest, I think the Saudi League is not worse than French league," he said. "I think right now we are better."
He said moving to Al-Nassr a year ago had been the right move. "This year I did a fantastic season, I was the best goalscorer. They typically kick off at temperatures of 36°C plus and the pace is very slow. Many of their matches look like testimonials. They made a mistake, they should have built the air conditioned stadiums like they have in Qatar before inviting the stars from the European leagues over. I have also noticed an improvement in the domestic Qatar league now they are able to play football in modified air conditioned stadiums. Also where is the motivation?
