I've discovered cut down rune does the same thing giving 8% bonus damage to enemies above 60% HP so it works like ldr and you have it at the start of the game

@@joshuachristianlozano7290 Old cut down worked like LDR but current doesn't ; LDR has no passive anymore, it's just a statstick and cut down does more damage to enemies who are ABOVE 60% hp, whereas old cut down/LDR did more damage to enemies who had more max health than you

Electrocute in itself isnt bad but the first row is very weak, like between Cheap shot / Taste of blood / Sudden impact there isnt 1 good pick. That's why the Domination tree is better as secondary since you can just go Zombie ward / Eyeball collection + Relentless hunter / Ultimate hunter without having one near useless row. But that doesnt mean you SHOULDNT use Electrocute. If you like the rune then by all means use it

First strike seems like such a dog rune imo, I like fleet not only because it was always a good rune on Rengar but because it basically got buffed to last 25% longer with the movement speed, the tree for it isn't that good but the domination one isn't that could either, and for secondary inspiration with boots with cosmic or triple tonic. I'd go electrocute but sudden impact at this point feels like a waste of a rune choice, it was made rengar "broken" in that if you get some lethality items and with your armor ult shread an adc could have like 10 armor left in your combo, with sudden impact the 10% or whatever damage reduction that the 10 armor would do is now impossible with the new sudden impact, it legit does 1/3 of the damage it did before. First strike still does damage but Rengar often has overkill damage with a full combo. I'd wonder Conquer with items like black cleaver could as a viable option

By itself First Strike is quite good, but the gold it generates is what makes it OP. Allows you to scale super hard.
