That female officer looks completely incompetent. From first engagement and letting him get too close. Was she afraid to break a hot pink fingernail? Afraid to engage a suspect? How many times did she fall? Her hair long in a ponytail. Where your hair goes the head follows so if a suspect grabs her ponytail and pulls down her head would follow. WHAT HAPPENED TO GROOMING STANDARDS. I am from an era were cops were not allowed to show tattoos, but at least he was doing his job. She is a badge bunny not a cop. The male officer would NOT have had to shoot if he had another male officer with him or a female officer not afraid to get hurt. He should be 💯 exonerated and she should be fired. Every officer should refuse to work with her.

@@dummkompf The suspect was literally one action away from either pulling his own knife or grabbing the firearm of an officer. Considering that he was ARMED with a deadly weapon, completely non-compliant and unable to be stopped with less-lethal means (the multiple taser bursts), physically fighting police officers during an attempted arrest (and nearly winning), caused physical injury to at least one officer (the female officer was bleeding, as seen after she fell to the ground just before the shooting), and was intoxicated or high (making him even more dangerous). That was completely justified use of force and I promise you they will be in the clear according to Arizona law.

They handled it the best they could. As a former LE officer we’re not trained to handle a specific incident, we’re trained to contain every situation and at times things go sideways. Every LE officer is trained to know at the end of the day they are going home and the officer that shot him did what he was trained to do. As far as the female officer she did her best. Subject was not compliant therefore it ended the way it did.

What they failed to mention in this video is #1 the female officer hit her head and sustained a concussion (you can hear her head hit on a metal shelf when they run out the doors) and #2 when she reengaged, both officers and the subject were tangled in the tazer wires and were repeatedly getting tazed. Its easy to Monday morning quarterback sitting behind a computer or phone, but most of you are not out there putting your life on the line and having everything you do at work put on video so people can say what they should or shouldn't have done. If you think these officers handled this wrong, thats your opinion. Lets not put blame on the guy who took off or had knives and was fighting with them. But PLEASE!!!! IF you are ever confronted by an armed person with 2 knives who is most likely is on drugs, don't call the police. Handle this yourself. Make sure someone video's it then after it's all over we can put it online and have everyone comment on what you should or shouldn't of done. First of all respect for the P-officers, but, but... how he escaped from the warehouse area I don't and I can't understand. Two on one and they both grabbed his hands, with two tasers in the hands not used while he was running. Cops need jiu jitsu NEED, MUST HAVE, I train jiu jitsu for a years, if I was in this situation as a cop it would take me 4-6 seconds to immobilize this guy. Crazy thing is that they fought around for a while 2 vs 1, with two tasers, and he gets f taser omg... Personally I'll try to get in Chandler PD, and to be honest, I'm surprised how many females are cops, I respect their courage, probably they are awesome with knowledge of law enforcement, writing reports, rules etc. but fight between female and male is a huge difference, they got 0. something chance to win, I rolled with females on jiu jitsu classes, no matter what belt they are and how long they train it's so much difference in the power that I can beat a female just using my one arm, which I actually did, because my wrist was hurt and It was wrapped, from my experience I got a feeling that they are not 2-3, but 4-5 times weaker than males. Respect for your courage, and good luck female cops!

It doesn't have as much as you'd think with "female officers" being weaker as I've seen some of these videos where females do a fantastic job. The guy was believed to be high, and with how much of a fight he put up, that was likely the case. Some of that shit causes suspects to have stupid strength and stamina for bursts, as well as having a high resistance to pain. Even with jiu jitsu training, that guy would have been a tough fight for 2 male officers.
