Critical Path Method-CPM-with Excel | Dr. Harper's Classroom

This HOW TO video will teach the mechanics of performing the Critical Path Method (CPM) using an algorithm with Excel. The CPM algorithm will produce early start, early finish, late start, late finish, and slack. The critical path, the time of completion, and the Gantt chart in table form are also defined.
