Also at 40:00 how can putting digital attendence system will make teacher attendence better/more... Because que m to ye bola hai ki teachers ki attendence low hai (usko improve krna cource of action hoga) Na ki wo fake attendence/ proxy lga re.. or after putting fingerprint system in place kya gurantee hai ki teacher ki attendence increase hogi... Kyuki question ne mention nahi kia ki proxy lga rhe teachers.. kuch or b reason ho sakta hai...

Hello sir, in 39:11 you have said that first course of action will follow. Sir, you have said that we should not pick answers with our pre-conceived notions and biases. Here, it is only mentioned that attendance will be done digitally using fingerprints. Nowhere is it mentioned that after tallying the fingerprints over a period of time, action will be taken against those who have low attendance. Also, the original statement only mentions that govt. school teachers have low attendance, not that they stay at home and provide proxy attendance. edit: Sir, have you chosen argument 1 as a valid argument because that is how government departments function these days? maybe that is the reason.
