here in q10 .. in the given question it is given then muscles absorb oxygen from blood but in limited amount and the correct option says that the only way to absorb oxygen is through lungs hence doesnt this contradicts what is said in the question also it is an extreme option too

also in q13 the argument is neither the no. of rds equipped radio increased nor no. of listeners... so in option a it is saying the few of rds equipped were not in the vicinity area but they started receiving hence the no. of radio equipped witth RDS remained same but no. of listeners increased some how...........
