You know what I've noticed about this campaign? Eyes. There are a lot of sinister singular eyes going on. It started with Fjord's backstory and now Caleb and Beau have got some stuff going on. I wonder if Matt had a lasik before the campaign or something. Maybe he was still working on Over Watch and got stuck on the Watch part when coming up with this story?

I can say with absolute certainty, there is no way that was planned. The same thing has happened with water in my players. They all managed to incorporate water or an aquatic element into their backstories, without collaborating about it (as far as I know).
