I stumbled upon this rock on the floor and upon a bit of polish, it turned into a forgotten gem from the Critical Role archives. Vex will do anything to fly.

Azat Beshimov I think he’s referring to Dick Grayson. You may have heard the story but in case you didn’t he’s from a family of acrobats called the flying Graysons. Their act gets sabotaged and Dick watches his family plummet to their deaths. So one of the kids would become robin from watching Vex fall from the sky

Because she always insisted that she was "good", not "neutral" and that action was pure "neutral". She wanted to fly and she stole from an ally to do it. The flying is in caracter but stealing from an ally... that is what upset people, because everyone, including Laura knew that Vex was greedy but until this she didn't stole anything. In campain 2 everyone can steal what they want but everyone is neutral, here she got upset because Matt changed her alignment to neutral, but this action is pure "Neutral". PS: In this campain(and the real world) alignment are more like a "For your action's you have this alignment" instead of "For your alignment you have this actions".

​ @Juanel03 thats not nearly how alignments or actions work. Vex literally became a rouge and stealing once shouldnt switch an alignment. Percy shot someone's fingers off but stayed good. Scanlan killed someone with a fireball and was still good. Vax stole shit but was good. Besides theres character motivation of Vex wanting to fly not just Laura out of character like people say. And there was real word outrage about stealing from another PLAYER not about characters when broomgate happened. When Sam stole from Khary it was ok but with Laura and that guy it was "not in D&D etiquette" and she got shit for in in literally years to come.

I had a similar problem recently when my dnd group was attacked by wyvern riders. I spent the entire fight trying not to kill the wyverns so I could tame one while the rest of them went on a murder rampage! I got really close as well. We had one injured on the ground but before I could attempt to heal and tame it one of the others killed it! I really want to fly damn it!

@@Ask4This Ofc, I know that (I literarly have a wyvern mount in one of my games right now), but if they're playing a standard game or playing in a league, he's probably not going to be able to tame a wyvern, especially if he hasn't talked to GM about it beforehand.

Selim Tuncel my personal theory is Matt made that vestige with Laura/Vex in mind but it ended up story wise going to Liam/Vax.

Actually that armor was for percy, vex was going tho get the bow, but with what happen in that tomb (no spoilers) vax ended up with the dark Angel wings and just for funny momments was better.

Vax got wings way earlier than Vex got the broom. originally they had the flying carpet, but Vax fucked up and the carpet was lost. by the time Vex gets the broom, everyone had some kind of extra (gauntlets, pistol, armor, etc), except for her (her, who still got Trinket since the beginning, and got all the money, and who was _Vex'ahlia of Vox Machina_ , so...)
