There is a feature where the creators of the videos can “heart” a comment. I’m not a creator so I don’t know how exactly to do it but probably just the 3 dots on the side of a comment. Basically when you heart a comment it will be visible to everyone who can see the comment and it will notify the commenter that you hearted it. That’s exactly what your looking for I believe

So I actually taught myself to do it recently! It isn't nearly as hard as it seems at first 1. Perk your lips slightly to make a loose 'O' 2. Push your tongue in an 'U' shape barely over to the edge of your lower lip 3. Suck some air through the "tongue tunnel" 4. Rapidly pull back the tongue so that the tip of it hits your upper lip while you still suck in air It takes some tries and you need to find a style for yourself but it isn't that hard!
