In tests, his average outside Pakistan (62) is less than 30 in every country. T20i, he doesn't play. Long way to reach that level.

Mentally a very tough guy. He is one of those who is a very underrated classy reliable Left Hander Opener, and is lovely to watch when he plays. He has improved so much and is consistent top of the order that we have forgotten that Pakistan had top order issues right Aamir Sohail & Saeed Anwar retired. Thanks to the eye who spotted him and has put him into the XI. And thanks to him who took it positive and made Imam-ul-Haq as Mr. Consistent. Well done and keep your spirits up! p.s.
