Criticism of classical approaches to theoretical and practical cost engineering (issue #2)

Issue is devoted to the consideration of the theoretical and practical concepts of the cost engineering division, in the context of the most common in practice (classical) divisions and non-classical divisions (functional cost analysis/functional cost design division), less common, but allowing to increase the effectiveness of the Design to Cost development methodology system. The issue compares classical and non-classical divisions and examines the effectiveness of their parallel activities within the framework of the project.
