Yes the picture is her, Min Hyorin (or Hyorin Min if you want to have it the western way). Taeyang's ex-girlfried at the time of this song and now wife. They met at the filming of Tae's MV for 1AM (you should definitely check that one out!!) I believe in 2013. He wrote the song after they broke up and both of the MV's (1AM and Eyes, Nose, Lips) were released in 2014.
