Critter Tales | White-Tailed Deer

Meet Freedom, the white-tailed doe featured on this edition of Critter Tales. She was brought to Donna Smith as a rescue on July 4th, hence the name "Freedom." Watch this video to learn more about our special four-legged guest.
White-tailed deer are native to Florida and can be found in Lake Wales and surrounding areas of Polk County. If you ever encounter a fawn or deer, you're encouraged to leave it alone or contact the Florida Wildlife Commission.
