I love horses very much but my fear is not from the horse by himself. When I sat on the horse and it just started walking, i was freaked out. This fear was for the six sessions i attended. Plus I am afraid of the fact of sudden movement of the horse and falling off and get injured. Is it hopeless case to endure? Or can i overcome these two issues? Thanks a lot

I'm super excited about your class! I've tried to be really in touch lately with how my energy affects my horse, and try as I might, it is hard to keep fear from rising in certain situations, which my horse picks up on right away. I can remember how much easier and better flow I had riding as a "carefree kid" that was in the present and now worrying about adult things that didn't pertain to the hear and now with my horse. I strive to get that sense, mindset, and energy back!
