@@sandrabenesch2816 Oh no. Crochet hooks won't do. You only need a tatting hook. Search for "Takashimabari hook".

Thanks a lot for your video‘s, I already learned so much from you. Now I have a problem: After finishing a ring in row 2, the single crochet and turn the work I have the ring shown from the backside. In your video the ring shows the front side. I tried it several times, everytime the same. Could you help, please.

@@sabsi4137 Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s difficult for me to understand in words what exactly is not working for you. Perhaps you have a problem with the second row? Please note that before making the Ring in the second row, you need to rotate the finished element (this is in the video). Then, after completing the Ring, you turn the work again.
