I've just spent three hours trying to watch this documentary, it constantly buffers and lags, every minute there is delay and buffering. Why couldn't you optimise the video for hand-held devices, or maybe offer more than one resolution so bandwith would suffice for resolution. Very frustrating tryinf to watch it on fifa site.

I saw a movie and Fifa explained it pretty well, but there is a big mistake they made. Since war is dominant part of story people should know that Serbs were not 1/3 population in Cro before war. There were 12% Serbs in Cro before war, but they occupied 1/3 of Cro territory.

The war in Yugoslavia was horrible, one infamous story in Bosnia came from Edin Dzeko who was forced to stay home by his mother when his friends were playing football. Moments later a bomb went off on the field they were playing on, killing all of Dzeko’s childhood friends.

Croatia has 4 Million People, additionally 3 more Million who live abroad, it is 7 Million. Still less then London, Paris, Moscow or New York and Croatia is among the best Nations in Football, Handball, Vaterpolo, Fighting Sports ... Basketball was maybe better in the Past. I am Croatian and of course I support Croatia, but as a football fan I have to say that Croatia played decadent football both in 1998 and 2018 despite excellent results. For me, some performances at the Euros were better, even though we didn't achieve an even close result there.

I approached them and said “Odakle ste vi?” They were shocked to see, in the middle of nowhere (in front of a shopping mall), some Turkish guy speaks Croatian. We had a nice chat. Football is just a game. In Turkish we say: “saha düz, top yuvarlak.” Peace to all Croatian friends…

I almost broke my TV after that shootout. In hindsight though, that was probably the match that got the national team serious about penalties. Without that tragic lose, we probably would not have made the finals in 2018 and semis right now in 2022.
